If your account has pending withdrawals or unresolved disputes, we cannot delete your data until those issues are settled—we must retain transaction records for compliance and dispute resolution. Once all account activity is finalized, we will delete your personal information according to our data-retention policy, except where we are required by law to retain records (such as anti-money-laundering documentation). Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you simply want to close your account but keep your data, you can self-exclude or request account suspension instead.

We respond to all emails according to our standard service-level agreement (SLA); typical responses arrive within 24 business hours. If your email doesn't receive a response within 48 hours, check your spam folder and resend with a new subject line. goban does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may charge fees. For example, if you deposit via bank transfer using mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, your bank may charge a transfer fee. E-wallet providers like mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking may also charge a small transaction fee when you transfer funds to goban or receive funds from us. These fees are determined by your payment provider, not goban—we do not collect or control them. local payment transfers via certain banks may be fee-free. Before depositing, check your bank or e-wallet app for any applicable fees. The amount you see in the goban deposit form is the amount we will credit to your account; any fees charged by your payment provider are separate. On withdrawal, the amount we send is what you requested—we do not deduct platform fees. Your payment provider may deduct fees when crediting the funds to your account.
Yes, you can use multiple payment methods on your goban account. During deposit, choose from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Each time you deposit, you can select a different method. However, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method you used for your most recent deposit—this is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. Security and Account Care

If you forget your goban password, click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password-reset link. Check your email inbox and spam folder for the link. The link is valid for 24 hours. Click the link to open a form where you set a new password. Make sure your new password is strong (at least 12 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols). If you don't receive the email, wait a few minutes and request a new link. Still nothing? Check that you're using the correct email address associated with your goban account. If you need help, contact our support team by email with your account username and registered email address. Support will verify your identity and help reset your password. Do not reply to phishing emails claiming to be from goban asking for a password. We will never ask for your password via email.
Our services are available only in jurisdictions where local law permits online gaming and sportsbook operations. We do not operate in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited.
